Welcome to the Nourished & Whole Kitchen Intuition Challenge!

This is 4 weeks of getting back to basics when it comes to cooking and healthy eating. Real food without complicated recipes or restrictions. Just real food made simple for your real life! My goal is to empower you with all the tools you need to know what to eat, when to eat and how to cook so that you can feel your most energized self to go out and live that amazing life you're meant to live.

When did eating well get so complicated? In a world of endless information when it comes to food and nutrition it can be confusing to know what the 'right' thing is. And here's what I believe. There is no one size fits all. Everyone is different. There's one thing that we can all do more of in that would help us be healthier. And that's cook. When we cook we get to control what we're putting into our bodies rather than rely on an industry that thinks chemicals and excessive amounts or sugar and salt are what's best for us. They're not.

And I know even the thought of cooking can feel overwhelming, especially if you new to it. Because there's this idea out there that it's going to take a ton of time and is too complicated. I'm here to change all that. In this 4 week challenge you'll learn all my kitchen ninja secrets so you can feel more confident making healthy, delicious meals at home and have fun doing it!

Q: How is this different from other meal plans?

A: I want food to be something that's fun and enjoyable not something that feels restrictive. Meal plans can often fell too structured which can tend to add more stress when you feel like you have to follow it to a tee. I do believe that it's important to do some planning around your meals but to also learn that you don't always have to follow an exact recipe. This is how I cook through the week. I get inspiration from ingredients or how much time I have. I want to show you how to do this for yourself without the stress or a ton of time spent in the kitchen. 

Q: Is this a diet?

A: I don't believe in diets. Just real food made simple. Less time worrying about calorie counts and portion sizes, more time spent enjoying food again and giving you back more time to live your life.

Q: When does the challenge start?

A: The next challenge starts March 4th, 2019. Be sure to get on the newsletter to stay in the loop on when registration opens. After you sign up you'll receive a Welcome Package that runs through how everything will work along with a pre challenge checklist and resources to make sure you're ready to go for week one. From then on you'll receive details for each week on the Friday before. 

Q: Are the meals gluten free/vegan/paleo/vegetarian?

A: The focus of this challenge is real food so the meals are full of good quality ingredients, veggies, healthy fats, grains and sustainable protein. The idea is to keep this flexible and empower you to design them to work for you so there will be suggestions and options for substitutions.

Q: What if I can't cook at home every night? 

A: No problem! Again this is meant to be flexible for your real life so if there's a night you know you'll miss, you can use the recipe for a weekend or keep it to use at another time.

Q: Can I drink alcohol? 

A: Yes! This isn't about depriving yourself. It's about learning how to sustain a healthy lifestyle. There's even some fun healthy cocktail recipes in the weekend bonus recipes that I hope you'll make with friends. 

Q: What if I can't attend the weekly lives?

A: These are recorded and kept forever in the group so you can go back and watch them anytime.

Q: How do I enter the giveaways?
